■ Job Description

We are seeking a design engineer to be involved in the development of automotive interior components, particularly electrical parts such as switches and shift levers.

Main Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate product specifications and structure using actual vehicles and components

Coordinate specifications and technical details with partner companies

Create reports and design-related documentation

■ Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory:

Experience in product design (industry not specified)

Ability to commute to Komaki City or Oguchi Town, Aichi Prefecture

Preferred:

Experience using CATIA V5

Previous experience in automotive product development

English proficiency (TOEIC 500+ preferred)

Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering

Experience using analysis or simulation tools

Strong communication skills

Full-time employee (3-month probation period, no change in conditions)

■ Salary

Annual Base Salary: JPY 3.6M – 6.0M

(Based on experience and skills / Salary increase available)

Monthly payment (1/12 of annual salary)

Overtime compensation provided

Average overtime: 25 to 45 hours per month

Oguchi Town, Niwa District, Aichi Prefecture

(Car commuting allowed / Accessible from Komaki City)

■ Working Hours

Flextime system

Standard working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:20 PM (7 hours 50 minutes/day)

No core time
