Your responsibilities will include:
Project and Program Risk Management
Provide risk governance support in alignment with AS31000 standards
Provide direct risk management support for Lockheed Martin Australia programs as required
Develop and maintain metrics and reports on risk governance, Business Area risk health, and risk management execution across all program activities
Ensure high-quality risk management products and services meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements (AS31000, COSO).
Engage with Business Areas to ensure effective risk planning, documentation, and governance for bids and proposals
Drive continuous improvement in risk management through training, audits, and process updatesEnterprise Risk Management
Provide SME support to the LMA Director for Program Performance, Quality, and Operations in ERM
Develop and maintain metrics and reports on risk governance, program health, and execution across all ERM activities
Organise and run ERM Working Groups and support the ERM Board, including materials preparation and minutes
Engage across LMA to assess and propose Enterprise Risks and Opportunities for ERM Board approval
Drive positive action on Enterprise Risks and OpportunitiesProgram Performance Responsibilities
Maintain the LMA Risk Management Framework
Oversee risk management skills, tools, and training
Lead the Risk Management Community of Practice
Support LMA continuous improvement agenda
Drive risk tools adoption and self help to drive risk management excellence
Facilitate ERM tool adoption and implementation
About you:
Extensive experience in risk management governance at both the project and Business level within the Australian Defence sector, aligned with AS31000 and ASDEFCON standards
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, with proven ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Tertiary qualifications from an accredited institution in Risk Management or Enterprise Excellence or alike
Special Requirements:
