RV Park Manager

We are an established Real Estate Management Company that manages over 150 investment properties throughout Oregon and Washington. As a team, we accomplish objectives through integrity, leadership, communication, trust, loyalty, quality, and commitment. We are in need of someone to oversee the management of a RV park in Tillamook Oregon.

Salaried position $1,800 a month plus free housing, 2 bed 2 bath unit and storage.

It is salaried position paid year-round but the hours are seasonal, with significantly lowered hours during the winter and spring months and more hours from Mid-June to Mid-September.

MAJOR DUTIES:

Duties would include (but not limited to) checking customers in, booking reservations online and light cleaning. There is additional compensation paid at a piece rate for cleaning yurts that we have. Start date would be ASAP.
