Designs, develops, and maintains Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) solutions. Ensures data accuracy and integrity while collaborating with end users, providing reports and predictive analytics, and managing the ongoing operation of data warehouses.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains the EBI database, application and reporting, while identifying and resolving technical and data-related issues
Designs and monitors end-user reporting tools and systems to ensure timely, accurate, and reliable reporting
Creates BusinessObjects (BO) Universes, reports, report templates, and analytic environments to meet business and technical requirements
Collaborates with end users to gather, define and document data requirements that drive database design, data extraction, analysis and cleansing efforts
Ensures accuracy and reliability of reports and their underlying data sources
Maintains, supports, and enhances the business intelligence data backend, including data warehouses
Contributes to the design of data models including robust data definitions, entity-relationship-attribute models, and relational or dimensional models, while providing guidance on their application
Implements strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and enterprise-level database implementation
Sustains the Predictive Analytical initiative, maintaining day to day Predictive analytical activities within a team environment
Provides production support for data warehousing.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Master’s preferred), MIS or related field from an accredited college or university; seven (7) or more years of related technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:
None
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level data systems, such as cloud-based Native HANA, SQL Server 12, or Oracle 11g
Skilled in SQL Server and SAP Native HANA Modeling, data provisioning and reporting
Knowledge of advanced SQL techniques, including complex stored procedures, triggers, indexes
Ability to utilize reporting tools such as SAB BusinessObjects suite and Tableau, including full SDLC Reporting in SAP Business Object and SAP Analytical Cloud
Ability to build BO Universes, dashboards and scorecards
Knowledge of relational database design, logical data modeling, data warehousing, and relational database management systems
Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehousingconcepts
Knowledge of ETL concepts and development, including OLTP, OLAP, Star Schema, KPIs, Fact and Dimensions tables, as well as conceptual, physical and logical data modeling
Skilled in ETL development using SAP Data Services and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Strong analytical skills with consultative approach in resolving complex issues
Knowledge of Predictive Analytics with Python or other related tools
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Ability to support ad hoc requests and provide off-hours support as needed.
