Volt is immediately hiring for Software Engineer in Aurora, Colorado.
As a Software Engineer you will:
Supports troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of software applications
Expected to troubleshoot and isolate sources of system errors or unexpected performance
Performs testing, integration, and delivery of new software baselines
Ability to perform in-depth analysis and assessment with an end-to-end perspective of a complex system in operations
This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity.
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI w POLY
Qualification Must have
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with coding software in Java, or C++
Experience in software development and/or software integration
Prefer
Experience with software configuration management systems such as git or bitbucket
Ability to work in a structured configuration-controlled environment, primarily focused on the support and maintenance of real-time software applications on an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract
Linux/Unix, GIT, and SQL experience
JIRA, BitBucket and Confluence experience desired
Pay Rate:- $90/hr.-$95/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
