DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Managers, Projects in Perth.

The position is responsible for the DSV project operations on selected accounts and DSV ad hoc / network pricing projects within Australia.

Your typical day at DSV:

Lead and support a team of experienced Project Managers across multiple states.

Coordinate the implementation of new business wins into project teams.

Assist the Director of Projects with daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Oversee project KPIs, ensuring alignment with DSV’s pricing and operational standards.

Collaborate on pricing tasks and subcontractor evaluations with the National Project Pricing Coordinator.

Manage end-to-end project operations, including site visits, invoicing, and stakeholder meetings.

Provide operational insights to support sales and tender strategies.

About you:

7–10+ years of experience in international project and freight forwarding, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CargoWise One.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence, present confidently, and challenge ideas constructively.

Proven leadership skills in decision-making, team coordination, and motivating others.

Resilient under pressure, with a calm approach to conflict resolution and stress management.

Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
