Position description / Job description * Provide individualized academic support to students with autism and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs). * Develop and implement personalized learning plans tailored to each students unique needs.

* Guide students towards academic success through mentoring and individualized instruction.

* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.

* Utilize educational technologies to enhance learning and engagement.

* Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

* Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Expectations / Requirements Were looking for you, if: * You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* You possess a passion for student success and a commitment to inclusive education.

* You are proficient in utilizing educational technologies.

* You have a relevant educational background (preferred, but not essential). * You are willing to complete the relevant National Autistic Society (NAS) training modules (support provided). * Experience working with students with autism or SPLDs is desirable but not essential.
