We are looking for an experienced Lenel IT Engineer to join our Healthcare Division in Ontario, California. This role involves migrating access control systems to Lenel, programming video management systems, and designing VLAN networks. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the migration of access control systems to Lenel, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

• Program and maintain video management systems such as Genetec, Milestone, and Avigilon to meet organizational needs.

• Design and implement VLAN networks to optimize system performance and security.

• Collaborate with project managers and account executives to create accurate estimates and detailed scopes of work.

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants to support project success.

• Investigate and resolve user issues by identifying root causes, testing solutions, and implementing fixes.

• Develop and test new IT solutions to improve system performance and meet customer requirements.

• Document system configurations, updates, and procedures to ensure clarity for internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain detailed project status updates.• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in programming video management systems such as Genetec, Milestone, or Avigilon.

• Proficiency in Lenel access control systems and related technologies.

• Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting, including VLAN design and router/switch configurations.

• Experience with T-SQL for writing and managing complex queries.

• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation tasks.

• Understanding of identity and access management principles and building security protocols.

• Ability to document procedures and configurations with attention to detail.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
