We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role involves driving business performance through extensive financial analysis, strategic project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and contribute to the success of product innovations and market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth and margin optimization across products and segments.

• Collaborate with division marketing to manage product lines effectively and align strategies with business objectives.

• Partner closely with business segment leaders to monitor performance and implement initiatives for improvement.

• Support the development and launch of new product innovations by providing financial analysis from concept to post-launch evaluation.

• Lead strategic projects including capital planning, mergers and acquisitions (M& A), and investor relations.

• Deliver financial insights and external market analysis to guide marketing strategies and decisions.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and variance analysis.

• Proven expertise in financial modeling and the ability to handle complex datasets.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on deriving actionable insights from data.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Knowledge of market trends and the ability to provide external financial insights.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
