Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Sr. Customer Support / Account Representative to join our client support team. This role involves handling incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on Client accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to delivering world-class client service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound service calls from Client clients with accuracy and professionalism
Support a variety of client needs related to:
Cleint Cash Management products and services
Client Online (client website)
Client Mobile app
General financial and account-related inquiries
Ensure all client interactions meet or exceed departmental performance metrics
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented service environment
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-volume financial services setting
Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities

Previous contact center experience
