Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Description:

Years experience required: 2 years

Shift: Mon, Wed, Fri and Fri with call rotation (a few days a week then 2 weekends /month)

Local traveler? locals accepted but must be 31 miles or further.

Weekend requirement: No

Float required? No

On-call required? Yes, STEMI program call rotation; Will participate in "Buddy" call during orientation period, after orientation period will take a

minimum of 10 call days a month

Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes, depending on need

RTO Parameters: RTO is no more than 10 days and will require an additional 2 weeks to the assignment. No RTO during the first or last week of assignment.

Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, RCIS

Additional Details/Requirements: The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist RN (CVIS RN) performs within the scope of an RN license as well as performs a wide

range of technical skills, utilized during a variety of Interventional Cardiovascular, Electrophysiology or Interventional

Radiology procedures to provide an efficient, comfortable, and safe examination of all patients. The CVIS RN is proficient

in all aspects of angiography, preparation, assessment, documentation and monitoring consistent with the policies,

procedures and processes of the Cardiovascular Services department and Hospital Administration
