Job Details:

Positions Available: 2 Special Education Teachers (Elementary Level)

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)

Duration: August 2025 - May 2026

Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr (based on experience)

Location: Columbus, OH 43231 (on-site)

Job Description:

Provide individualized instruction to 3rd-5th grade students with diverse learning needs

Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals

Adapt curriculum using evidence-based strategies

Collaborate with general education teachers on inclusion support

Utilize assistive technologies and multi-sensory approaches

Conduct progress monitoring and data collection

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Foster positive behavior supports and social-emotional growth

Education & Certification Requirements:

Bachelorâ s/Masterâ s degree in Special Education

Ohio Intervention Specialist License (Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive)

Experience with elementary-aged students preferred

Knowledge of Ohio Learning Standards and IEP process

Strong collaboration and communication skills
