Your role

*Create and implement a strategic, quantitative prospect* development plan with measurable actions;monitor and re-assess regularly

*Provide extensive knowledge of target market and identify new prospects* by developing a strong networkwith opinion leaders and door openers

*Develop a mutual understanding with the client and establish trustworthy client partnerships with main focuson strategic advice, expanding share of wallet with existing clients and winning back former clients*

*Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date investor profile and fully document the client relationship

*Anticipate client needs, identify short and long term solutions

*Develop and manage intensive internal and external relationships and networks at Senior level

The Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) unit is a unique joint venture between UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) and UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW serves some of the largest institutional family office clients who need both GWM services and access to IB capabilities, often in different countries and booking centers. GFIW provides comprehensive and highly personalized financial services around the world to meet the demanding needs of our clients. You will work in the Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) team in Luxembourg.

Your expertise

• proven experience in relationship management, asset gathering and investments working in a client-facing role

• firm grasp of Luxembourg financial markets and regulatory frameworks

• ability to build strong client networks, with an entrepreneurial mind-set

• ideally experience with a leading financial institution

• proven leadership experience in the industry

• motivated, self-directed and driven

• skilled at creating a positive business culture

• result-oriented and assertive (you don’t shy away from challenging situations)
