Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time / Work From Home (depending on requirement)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain IndiaMART's services.

Handle inbound queries related to products and services.

Convert leads into business opportunities by convincing clients to register on IndiaMART.

Maintain proper follow-up with prospective customers.

Update CRM systems with call details and customer feedback.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, emails).

Confident and persuasive attitude.

Other Details:

Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month (depends on location & experience).

Incentives: Performance-based incentives available.

Location: PAN India (work from office or remote depending on project).

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day shift, Monday to Saturday).
