For additional information about our company, visit our website at rn rn rnPOSITION SCOPE rnThe Crusher Operator will be responsible for safely monitoring and operating a controlled crushing plant; perform general maintenance, cleanup and repair activities; operate support equipment.

This individual will also assist with general labor duties on the worksite.rn rn rnPRIMARY DUTIESrnrnPerform daily equipment, walk around and site inspections to identify and correct any unsafe conditions and keep equipment properly maintainedrnSafely and properly perform maintenance (lubricating, fueling and cleaning) on loader, crusher, screen and/or wash plant including screen changes and routine maintenancernSafely and properly operate loader and crusher, screen or wash plantrnShovel excess material away from crusher, screen or wash plant unit as neededrnTroubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).rnMonitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisorsrnAccurately complete crushing reports and other documentation as neededrnEnsure MSHA, EPA, OSHA safety and environmental regulation compliancernSafety, Safety, Safety comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of safetyrnOther duties as assigned and assist other craft workersrnrn rnBACKGROUNDrnrnApplicant must be at least 18 years oldrnValid Driver's License and reliable transportation to get to and from work is requiredrnAcceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy is requiredrnM.S.H.A.

certificate part 46 or willingness to obtain certification - company will pay for certificationrnAbility to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test is requiredrnAbility to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat in excess of 100 degrees, cold, rain, and snowrnAbility to operate equipment in adverse weather conditions and on steep and rough terrains is requiredrnAbility to repeatedly walk up and down steep and rough terrain carrying construction materialsrnBasic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torchrnMust be a team player who is willing and able to learnrnMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsrnExtended out of town travel will be requiredrnrn rn rnFisher Industries is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and an Equal Opportunity Employer of Individuals with Disabilities and Protected Veterans.
