Senior Project Manager, Multi-Family

Senior Project Manager- Multi-Family Experience.

Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.

Minimum 5 years construction experience

Self-starter

Ability to work independently.

Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.

Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.

Must be able to provide project list showing background in area.

Compensation: $115K-$145K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience
