Job Title: Controller

Location: Fully Onsite - South Bend, IN

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full reconciliation process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Oversee daily financial operations, including month-end close, cash flow management, and general ledger oversight.

Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership, contributing to growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive profitability.

Lead, mentor, and hold team members accountable while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within the transportation industry.

Highly proficient in financial systems and Excel; must be tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
