Nesco Resource is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to fill openings with an Automotive Plastics company located in Shelbyville, TN.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - $18.25 per hour
3rd Shift: 10 PM - 7:30 AM - $19.75 per hour
The company is a full-service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies. They provide innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers.
Primary Purpose:
To perform semi-skilled assembly, machine operation, and general production/warehouse activity. Operator Forklift to warehouse materials.
Job Duties & Requirements:
Production experience preferred
Technical knowledge and ability to read and understand blueprints/instructions
Ability to use tools (e.g., clamps) and machines (e.g., presses) and forklift
Good understanding of quality control principles
Perform all component part inspections, trimming and packing according to work instructions and training guidelines
Stand-up and/or sit-down forklift experience needed but will train
Stack, mark, pack and transport finished work pieces
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Complete required paperwork
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
High school diploma/GED will be appreciatedCOM101
