Production Associate 3rd shift

Nesco has partnered with a production company in Hilliard seeking Production Associates to join their team in a temp-to-hire role! General labor duties will include working on a production line stacking fiberglass panels.

Hours: 9pm - 7am Monday night start (4, 10 hour days) OT on Sunday night start if needed.(hours may shift to 7p-5a)

Pay: $17.00/hr

Duties:

Manufacture, assemble and package fiberglass ceiling panels

Maintain a clean safe working area including sweeping, opening scrap, emptying dumpsters, trash cans, etc

Upon training & qualification, perform miscellaneous duties as required

Follow all Company and OSHA Safety Policies

Operate machinery or stations as instructed by the Team Leader to meet scheduled demands

Ensure that the standards for quality, output, safety etc are adhered to and improved upon

Keep accurate rcords of production, waste, quality checks undertaken

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms Requirements:

Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement, or machine operator experience preferred

Strong math and measurement skills

Must be able to work in dusty environment at times and work with fiberglass.

Must consent to drug screen and background check

Lift up to 40 lbs

Must be able to stand for long periods of time on concrete floors, bend, stoop and twist regularly.
