Smaller division within a larger organization Responsibilities of Customer Service Admin:
Assist in the effective liaison, support and assistance between customer services department and rest of organization
Answer all incoming calls and code correctly
Put in Order into system of any tech issue calls
Provide general administrative support to the team to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communication Preferred Qualifications of the Customer Service Admin:
2+ years of customer service and or administrative experience
Friendly and positive attitude
Able to work independently and remain a team player
Tech Savvy
