Nextant is looking for a driven Program Manager Non-Tech to join our client team. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong commitment and work ethic to support the team.

Job Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and format clear and concise documentation, including user guides, procedures, and technical specifications.
Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and content for documentation.
Ensure all documentation follows established standards and guidelines for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Set up and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions based on business requirements.
Maintain and organize content within SharePoint, ensuring it is easily accessible and searchable.
Curate and maintain accurate compliance status for Studios products.
Drive timely compliance deliverables and dependencies with product development teams.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing)
2-7 years of experience required.
PMP or PMI certification.
Program Manager experience.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $170,000.00 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
