Responsibilities of the Logistics Admin:
Provide administrative support to the logistics and shipping departments
Coordinate shipping schedules and track inbound/outbound shipments
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery status
Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve delays or discrepancies
Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices
Support data entry, reporting, and filing related to logistics operations
Preferred Requirements of the Logistics Admin:
Minimum 1 year of logistics or supply chain experience (required)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
