Salary: $120,000-$145,000

What You'll Do:

Develop and lead pricing strategies for hourly professional services (e.g., attorneys, consultants)

Analyze and report on the financial impact of pricing decisions using Power BI and Excel

Own the annual rate-setting process, ensuring consistency and alignment across departments

Collaborate with leadership to communicate pricing insights and advocate for strategic decisions

Create compelling data stories that support business goals and client satisfaction

Navigate internal approval processes with confidence and clarity

What You Bring:

5+ years of pricing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, architecture, etc.)

Proven expertise in hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models

Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply

Strategic mindset with business acumen and attention to detail

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred)
