We are looking for a
Senior Document Controller
who will be responsible for developing and operating comprehensive document control system and procedure for projects implemented by the Group Strategic Capital Projects (GSCP) organization. Performs and provides guidance for effective project documentation management of projects under GSCP responsibility.
The main responsibilities:
Setting up, maintaining and tailoring the Document Management System (DMS) and initiating requests for adjustments or developments as needed
Developing, implementing and regularly reviewing document control procedures for all types of project deliverables and updating when necessary
Coordinating all document control tasks and liaising with the DMS owner for GSCP-managed projects, covering technical documents, drawings and correspondence
Establishing and managing document/records databases, including categorizing and indexing files for efficient tracking and retrieval
Overseeing the distribution and flow of technical data, submittals, and receivables and ensuring controlled copies of approved documents are provided to relevant parties
Expediting timely processing of documents and ensuring compliance with distribution protocols
Generating required document control reports, applying QA/QC practices, reporting weekly to Project Management on document status and handling document shredding when necessary
Leading the development of MOL’s proprietary document management platform for future projects
Requirements:
High school or college with relevant experience
5+ years experience in document control preferably in Energy, Oil & Gas industry
Good attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills: strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Accurate, well-organized attitude
Advanced proofreading, spelling and grammar skills
Good organizational skills
Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
MS Office knowledge
Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems
