The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of local market trends and possess the ability to develop innovative strategies that boost sales of (INSURANCE PRODUCTS) across multiple areas.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can surpass sales targets and profit margins through creative approaches.
Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining relationships with key clients and expanding our customer base through networking and proactive outreach.
The preferred candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales management experience, preferably in the financial sector.

Compensation:
$75,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
Counsel your sales team members, evaluate their performance, and offer suggestions for improvement
Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts, including progress and sales volume, to better determine future goals
Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growingQualifications:
High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
Stays organized and manage time well
This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitalityAbout Company
