Description:
As a Plumber, you will work independently or with minimal supervision on apartment maintenance, remodels, and utility projects. This role requires hands-on experience in plumbing, repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. This role also has the potential to oversee teams, lead plumbing projects, and will ensure high-quality workmanship in all areas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently.
troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogged drains, and faulty water heaters.
Read blueprints and follow local plumbing codes.
Work on remodel projects, replacing and upgrading plumbing systems.
Perform utility work such as water installations and sewer repairs.
Train and mentor beginner plumbers.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of plumbing experience
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Valid driver's license, your own transportation, and active car insurance
PREFERRED:
5+ years of plumbing experience.
Expertise in apartment plumbing systems, remodels, and utility work.

Monday-Friday
8AM – 5PM
May need to work overtime
