What You'll Do

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will manage all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll work directly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, representing the company with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day field operations on projects across the U.S.

Enforce OSHA and company safety policies to ensure job site safety

Coordinate subcontractor activities and project schedules

Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teams

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure project specifications are met

Keep accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications

2 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent (commercial focus)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Proven experience working with a General Contractor

Able and willing to travel frequently and stay on-site for extended periods

Strong knowledge of commercial building processes, safety standards, and scheduling

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
