JOB TITLE: PROMOTERS – (CLEANING & FUMIGATION SERVICES) NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME INDUSTRY: CLEANING & FUMIGATION SERVICES SALARY: KSHS.

15,000 + COMMISSIONS + TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively promote and sell the company’s cleaning and fumigation services to potential clients.

Engage customers in high-traffic areas, residential estates, business premises, or events to explain service offerings.

Distribute promotional materials and brochures to raise awareness of available services.

Identify and approach potential clients through field sales and door-to-door marketing.

Maintain a database of prospects and update progress on leads and conversions regularly.

Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and competitor activity.

Attend promotional events, activations, and campaigns as scheduled.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

KEY REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in promoting or selling services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident, persuasive, and presentable Must be self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision Familiarity with Nairobi and its environs is an added advantage HOW TO APPLY If you meet the above qualifications, skills and experience share CV on Interviews will be carried out on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
