Compensation - $1M+ - Base, Bonus, and Equity

Background Profile:

You will eventually need to reside in the Greater-Phoenix area

Must have recent BIG TECH Social Media experience (Meta, X, Snap, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Seeking 7+ years of executive leadership experience and degrees are welcomed.

Expertise directing large-scale engineering and infrastructure initiatives impacting millions globally.

Experience designing and scaling systems serving millions of users with complex requirements.

Broad experience across domains including AI, security, content delivery, infrastructure, commerce, and communication technologies.

You are driven by purposeâ motivated to build meaningful, globally impactful solutions.

Youâ re no stranger to pressure: tight deadlines, high demand, and zero room for failure.
