This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned litigator with a strong command of discovery rules and procedures, especially someone who thrives behind the scenes—developing rock-solid cases, crafting sharp legal strategies, and collaborating with talented teams including in-house forensic CPAs.

Your mission: Uncover the facts. Build the case. Strengthen the team.

What You’ll Tackle:

Analyze records and data obtained through discovery

Partner with litigators and financial experts to design discovery strategies

Handle meet-and-confer communications with opposing counsel

Prepare and defend depositions with precision

Litigate discovery disputes as needed—know the Code and use it like a pro

What You Bring:

3+ years of family law or civil litigation experience

Deep knowledge of discovery tools, timelines, and procedures

Strong legal writing and analytical skills

Comfortable managing large volumes of documents and tight deadlines

Certified Family Law Specialist is a plus but not required

A calm, organized, team-first mindset
