Position Title: Legal Assistant – Intellectual Property

Office: Harrisburg

Sampling of Responsibilities:

Our Legal Assistants are responsible for supporting multiple timekeepers, completing various administrative tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to clients. Candidates must be willing to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient management of a diverse range of IP matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Regular duties include document production, proofreading and formatting documents, tracking deadlines and maintaining calendars, answering telephones, and maintaining confidential information.

Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrating exceptional administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy and client service. Candidates should possess prior Legal Assistant experience within a law firm setting, be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office products, demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining motivation, and exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent technical skills are a must for success in this role.
