Hiring: Sanitizer Compounding Support (Day Shift)

Location: Grove City, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8-Hour Shifts Some Saturdays as needed

Join American Nitrile as we continue to grow and strengthen our team. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sanitizer to support our Compounding Department by cleaning and preparing equipment and work areas for safe, consistent production.

This is a physical role that plays a key part in our product quality and production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, mixing equipment, floors, and work areas

Prepare equipment for use between production batches

Handle and use cleaning chemicals safely and accurately

Follow all sanitation procedures, safety guidelines, and work instructions

Work with the Compounding team to ensure a smooth and clean production environment

Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks and logs

Perform other sanitation or support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Comfortable standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift

Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable working around tanks, cleaning chemicals, and hot conditions

Prior sanitation or manufacturing experience a plus
