This position earns $24.00 - $32.00/hour, with the ability to make more if you take on a foreman role. We offer our team these wonderful benefits:

Plus, as our Carpenter - Concrete Finisher, you receive some of the necessary tools, safety equipment, transportation from the shop to the job site, and a per diem for daily and overnight travel expenses outside of our local area.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

This position works 4 - 5 days/week, with occasional weekends and travel required. Our service area extends to about an hour away from Rice Lake in all directions. Here's what you need to get started:

1+ years of residential or commercial experience in the design and building industry

Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills

Reliable and punctual

As a Carpenter - Concrete Finisher, you are responsible for reading plans and blueprints to ensure the accurate execution of projects. Your craftsmanship is tested as you shape and finish wood and concrete surfaces, creating stunning structures that stand the test of time. Effective communication with team members and supervisors ensures smooth project coordination and successful completion.
