Robot Welding - 1st Shift

Advance Services is hiring immediately robotic welders in the Lincoln area. Candidates will operate and monitor robotic welding machines to weld parts according to blueprints and specifications. Ensure quality, efficiency, and safe operation of welding robots. Hours are 6:30am-5pm Monday thru Thursday, pay starting at $17/hr depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate robotic welding equipment

Load and unload parts into welding fixtures

Monitor welding process to ensure proper operation and weld quality

Adjust robot programs or settings as needed

Inspect welded parts for defects using measurement tools and visual inspection

Perform basic maintenance on robotic welding cells and equipment

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience in robotic welding or manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools

Basic understanding of welding processes and robot operation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
