What you will do-

As an Account Manager at Stryker Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer value. You will build and nurture strong, multi-level relationships with strategic customers, develop tailored solutions, and influence internal teams to execute high-impact initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership by influence, capable of aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate business development and long-term success.

Customer & Business Development: Act as the voice of the customer, building trust-based relationships and co-creating customized solutions to drive growth, expand accounts, and increase profitability across commercial divisions.

Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver customer-centric solutions and execute mutual value projects.

Sales & Performance Execution: Lead account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management; track sales targets and qualitative objectives across business units.

Strategic Planning & Growth: Design and execute strategies for new business generation and product launches; create account maps to identify opportunities and risks.

Market Intelligence & Training: Align marketing initiatives with customer needs and trends; identify development opportunities for customers and stay updated on industry dynamics.

Pricing & Product Registration: Manage competitive pricing strategies and coordinate product/surgical protocol registration with payers, marketing, and regulatory teams.

Operations & Compliance: Ensure inventory alignment with sales forecasts, anticipate demand changes, and strictly adhere to all legal, ethical, and compliance standards including FCPA.

What you need-

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.

Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence across functions and organizational levels.

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

Desired:

Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Healthcare or medical device industry.

Travel Percentage: 50%
