Responsibilities:
– Entering sales orders, allocating stock and confirming sales orders
– Fulfilling Orders for picking and packing by our warehouse and managing the shipment of orders
– Preparing export documentation
– Liaising with our Production Manager to optimise inventory levels
– Working alongside our Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to maintain our customer database
– Attending trade shows abroad
– Supporting international sales agents
– Preparing sales reports
– Managing department store corners
The Person
– Minimum two years of experience in similar role
– Confident knowledge of English
– Knowledge of import/export including shipping
– Experience with SAP or Oracle (desirable)
– Strong numerical and analytical skills]
– Competent user of Excel
