Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable TikTok Creator Managers to join our growing team. As a Manager, you will recruit, guide, and support TikTok live-stream creators, helping them reach growth milestones and maximize their earnings on the platform.

This role is perfect for individuals who understand TikTok live streaming, are passionate about creator growth, and want to build income based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit new TikTok live-stream creators to join Evolved Live Agency

Provide one-on-one guidance to creators, helping them grow their audience and earnings

Help creators set and achieve live-streaming goals (diamonds, hours, valid live days)

Track creator progress using TikTok Backstage analytics

Motivate and mentor creators to hit milestones (especially within their first 90 days)

Communicate with agency leadership and follow internal management SOPs

Qualifications

Familiarity with TikTok, especially TikTok Live

Basic understanding of creator growth strategies (training provided)

Strong communication and coaching skills

Organized and self-motivated – able to track and manage multiple creators

Prior experience in creator management, recruiting, or influencer marketing is a plus but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor role. Income is directly tied to the performance of your assigned creators. The more your creators earn, the more you earn.
