Compensation & Work Hours:
Hourly wage starting at $24 or more based on your experience, plus a night shift bonus of $1 per hour.
Hours: 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am—training is typically held during the 7 am to 3 pm 1st shift.
Availability: Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed during high-demand periods.
Your Technical Role:
Prepare and modify converting machinery to ensure safe and effective operation.
Tasks include setting up machines, resolving issues, handling changeovers and size adjustments, and conducting preventive care.
Support team development by assisting in training and occasionally providing overtime coverage.
Inspect outputs for quality assurance while optimizing waste production.
Adhere to established safety protocols and regulations.
Fulfill additional responsibilities as required.
What We Expect:
A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
At least five years of direct experience working with envelope machinery.
Proficient mechanical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage fundamental math tasks, accurately measure, and use basic computer skills.
Adaptability to different machinery is necessary.
Physical Work Conditions:
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and maneuvering required.
Must handle lifting up to 55 pounds, often with assistance.
Exposure to noise, industrial equipment, and hazardous materials like solvents and inks.
Operate in diverse climate conditions, requiring alertness for equipment safety.
Capable of maintaining efficiency during prolonged standing throughout shifts.

Machinery Knowledge:
Familiarity with Flexographic Printing Press equipment
