QA Validation Professional for Drug Substance

Your new role

As a QA Validation Professional on our Drug Substance (DS) QA Validation team, you will help ensure compliance and quality excellence.

Your primary tasks will include:

Review and approval of validation documentation, including IQ, OQ, PQ & PV protocols for equipment, instruments and utilities

Provide Quality Oversight for Validation processes

Represent QA during Risk Assessments

Ensure systems, equipment, and processes comply with FDA, EU, and site-specific requirements

Collaborate as a key QA contact for the Validation department

Participate in audits and inspections, serving as a subject matter expert

Train and align colleagues within the QA framework

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and with stakeholders

Skills & Knowledge

We’re keen to meet someone with:

A university degree in life sciences or a related field

Experience in quality assurance and validation

Understanding of Good Documentation Practices, GMP, Quality Systems, and pharmaceutical legislation

Strong collaborative and communication skills

Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
