Requirements
Previous experience in HR admin, office support, or similar roles is not required but it's a plus.
Studies in Sociology, Psychology, Law, or HR-related fields
Excellent organizational skills and eagle-eye attention to detail
Discreet, reliable, and professional – you know how to handle sensitive info
Fluent in English

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR admin across the entire employee lifecycle
Draft and prepare contracts, terminations, addendums, and employment documentation
Keep our digital and physical employee records up-to-date and audit-ready
Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes with precision
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate communication
Pitch in with employee engagement initiatives and HR communications
Respond to employee questions and direct them to the right info or person
Help ensure HR policies, compliance, and reporting are on point
