NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is currently looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to help a non-profit client with optimizing several accounting business processes in the tool. This role will work with the client's IT team to troubleshoot various accounting related processes and migrate them to NetSuite. Example processes include: setting up Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) to automate project revenue recognition, setting up the direct feeds to NetSuite for payroll and credit card transactions, setting up the auto ACH feature, as well as other ad hoc reporting and GL items. This project can be done on a 100% remote schedule, working EST hours.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.

• Proven expertise in account reconciliation, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Strong understanding of NetSuite and its functionality

• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles and practices.

• Ability to analyze and improve payment and billing workflows.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with non-profit accounting is a plus.
