Responsible for all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of software and database solutions.
Conceptualize and design software and database solutions and manage processes with the team.
Work together with the team to plan and execute projects.
Lend support to the team during design, development, and implementation to ensure solid, scalable, and robust solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels, and support their career and skills development.
Support and maintain software and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs.
Ensure realistic estimates for timelines to meet deadlines.
Effectively manage day-to-day activities in coordination with a team to meet deliverables and schedules.
Collaborate closely with database and application users to understand and develop existing processes.
Possess a strong understanding of the software development cycle.
Design, develop, and implement software and database solutions, including prototyping, standards development, test plan design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
Provide a software development plan that aligns with the company's future needs.

Ensure 100% PPE compliance for members based on machine and area requirements.
Ensure members and visitors do not wear jewelry or loose clothing on the shop floor.
Educate members on Health & Safety culture.
Conduct investigations regarding incidents and provide corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Conduct regular toolbox talks on OHS issues.
Coordinate with safety officers on H&S issues and address observed concerns around the shop floor.
