Position description

The associate will be responsible for support management of Informatica suite applications.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Key responsibilities include but not limited to

provide basic operation support management like Incident handling, request fulfillment, application batch monitoring, abend resolutions and critical business SLA adherence etc.,

Collaborate with various application / business / infrastructure groups to troubleshoot application issues

Perform functionality and impact analysis for any new project / enhancement / upgrades

Perform bug fix / minor enhancements on demand

• Support Management o Incident management

o Request fulfillment

o File Monitoring & Adhoc processing

• Process Management o Define Best Practices

o Support Audits and Mitigation plans

Goals

Associate will be responsible to ensure Data Warehouse availability, meeting business SLA and minor bug fixes/enhancements to ensure application stability. Architectural consultation, estimations for upgrades & migration. Contribute for MassMutual transformation initiatives.
