Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced General Liability Attorney to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a broad range of skills in various areas of law, such as Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.

This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and exciting cases.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in providing legal advice and representation for our clients while working closely with other team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

* Handle a diverse caseload involving Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.

* Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, appeals, and motions.

* Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

* Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal advice.

* Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

* Stay updated on current laws and regulations within your field of specialty.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and excellent service.

Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

* Current license to practice law.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Liability Attorney or similar role.

* Proven experience in Commercial Litigation, Legal Research, Litigation, Civil Litigation, Real Estate, Employment Law, and Corporate Law.

* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex legal issues.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

* Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
