Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
Active Professional Educator's License (PEL) for Illinois schools through ISBE
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
Knowledge of early childhood and elementary/middle school developmental milestones
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students requiring support
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student care
Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by school policies
