Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch.

Monitoring and reporting on key warehouse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency, optimize productivity, and safety.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, lean warehousing, and automation projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes with other business functions

Enforce high safety standards to maintain a healthy and legally compliant work environment

Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff, including warehouse contractors

Oversee the training and development of the logistics team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field

More than 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS),inventory control systems, SAP tools and systems, like SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA will be adding advantages

Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation (if applicable)

Must be able to work in shift and willingness to work flexible hours/weekends during peak seasons

Experience and knowledge of TPM would be an advantage

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination

High level of attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
