As an HR Systems Analyst, you will support the design and development of the HR System, Workday, while leading reporting, configuration, and testing across all modules. Your goal will be to collaborate closely with stakeholders to align processes, resolve issues, optimize solutions, and plan for future enhancements. Your success will be evident in your ability to deliver impactful system improvements and own the reporting functionality across the system.

Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for ongoing HR process improvements, system configuration, and testing within all modules of the HR System, ensuring Workday modules are running smoothly
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Workday system
Regularly support ongoing audit and compliance reporting needs
Assist in managing administration of security access
Support and follow HR System Governance processes
Lead meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand issues. Review requirements and provide recommendations as required
Develop, maintain, and provide training to end users
Manage and execute testing activities across the Workday team, including bi-annual upgrade testing
Your Skills:
Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
Proven troubleshooting skills
Ability to own multiple tasks, projects, and initiatives at a given time
Ability to execute on priorities based on input from senior System Analysts and management
Strong time management and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to maintain professionalism in all forms of communication
Your Experience:
2 - 5 Years of experience in IT, HR, Business Analyst, or a related field
Workday experience preferred
Experience working with Workday Reporting tools would be considered an asset
