Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In an engaging and supportive educational environment, professionals will provide essential speech-language services to young children. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students aged 3-5 years in an elementary school setting.

Location: Eagle Point, OR

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments for students.

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the needs of each student.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.

Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as required.

Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and progress in compliance with school regulations.

Provide support and guidance to clinical fellows during their practicum experiences.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a valid SLP license.

Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within a school setting.

Strong assessment and intervention skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with IEP development and the special education process.
