Do you have a passion for data, a keen eye for insights, and a desire to empower meaningful change?
We’re looking for a Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our People & Culture team in a full-time permanent role based at Altona North. Your work will support employees, dealers, suppliers, and importers by delivering data-driven clarity and innovative solutions.
How you’ll make an impact
Transform raw data into powerful reports and BI dashboards that guide decision-making relating to People and culture activities.
Collaborate across teams to share insights that drive performance and foster progress.
Monitor key metrics and suggest smart countermeasures to ensure agreed objectives are delivered.
Lead automation initiatives that enhance processes and boost efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and creating or modifying macros for process automation.
Solid understanding of Power BI, with experience in advanced data modeling, dynamic visual creation, Power Query (M language), and leveraging AI-driven insights.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Degree qualification or equivalent experience
Understanding and knowledge with Power Automate is an advantage
