Summary: Responsible for clerical duties related to company data entry and the control and maintenance of technical documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, updating, amending, saving, archiving, and filing technical documentation properly, including but not limited to Product Specification Sheets, COA templates and company statements.
• Responsible for saving, archiving, and filing Nutritionals, Kosher Certificates, SDS sheets, Prop 65 information and company statements generated by company staff.
• Data entry in company ERP system relating to new products, customers and/or bills of materials.
• Receiving and reviewing production batch requests in company ERP system.
• Fulfills customer inquiries relating to technical documents, questionnaires, and company statements.
• Fulfills internal staff requests relating to technical documents and company statements.
• Working cross functionally and collaboratively with management, customer service, QA, Labels department, etc.
• Ensures any and all confidential customer or company information is filed securing into company’s document management system and monitors information for changes, verification, and multiple versions.
• Ensures all documentation is accurate and that the information supplied complies with relevant legislation.
• Responsible for following all company policies, programs, and SOPs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
